You'll have to get your own 5x1.0x25mm screw of your preferred flavor, and a 'J' bolt and nut. I bought a cheap 'universal' hold down kit and adapted the bolt by spreading out the hook end a little and cutting it to length. Or you can try to find Lexus PN 74451B online if you want.
