This is a cover for the Culligan WH-HD200-C Water Filter System.  This is typically used as a prefilter for a whole house water filter.

 

What's nice about this filter system is the clear housing, which allows you to see when the filter needs to be replaced.  But the downside is that this also allows light through which increases algae growth.  After a few years of this unit being outside, I also noticed the plastic has degraded a little.  So I modeled a completed cover to both protect the unit from UV exposure and prolong its life, as well as reduce algae growth.

This design comes as three parts which screw together to completely cover the filter unit.  It is a pretty tight fit - it won't rattle." - @glenbayley on makerworld
